Lawyer Miguna weighs in after a Kenyan was whipped by Chinese

Exiled Lawyer Miguna Miguna has now rubbished the whipping of Kenyan by a Chinese national on Saturday.

Miguna took to his social media and termed the assault 'a poor show of sovereignty' as Kenyan is being oppressed at his motherland.

He further urged Kenyans to fight back against oppressors at all cost.

''There was no justified reason why the able-bodied adult male Kenyan who was being physically assaulted by the Chinese alien in Nairobi bent over and lay down to be brutalized as other Kenyans watched and laughed. Kenyans must respect themselves and fight back against repression,''tweeted Miguna Miguna.

Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) have since arrested four Chinese Nationals as they get to the bottom of the matter.

Several Kenyans have been angered by the act.

Nakuru based politician Davis Ruto is now on EACC radar after his bank accounts were allegedly frozen over corruption cases.  The youthful politician is also alleged to have fled the country to avoid being questioned by the hawk eyed Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
