DP Ruto hails Mzee Moi's nurturing towards his political success

Deputy President William Ruto has now branded the late Mzee Daniel Moi 'Kenya's Professor of Politics'.
Speaking during the Requiem Mass held at Nyayo Stadium on Tuesday, the second in command hailed the former president for his desire to politically transform the nation.
Ruto further noted that his political success is behind Moi's nurturing.
"Moi went ahead without a PhD to become a professor and we all became students of his school of leadership and politics," said Ruto.
DP Ruto also hailed Mzee Moi for ensuring development projects and educational institutions were priotized during his 24-year reign.
"President Moi consolidated this country from where Jomo Kenyatta left and brought on board tirelessly every community including the marginalized into the nation of Kenya," he said.
Several leaders attending the mass at Nyayo Stadium have hailed the second President of Kenya for his good and quality leadership during his time.
Moi who died on Tuesday last week will be laid to rest in his Kabarak residence in Nakuru County on Wednesday.
